Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security activities including patrols, surveillance, and incident response.
• Train and mentor security personnel to ensure they are competent in their roles.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate with external agencies such as law enforcement and fire departments in case of emergencies.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory security role.
• Proven ability to manage teams and develop effective training programs.
• Knowledge of security best practices and familiarity with industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
