Responsibilities Of Tactical Security Supervisor Officer
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Oversee inspections, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with MSS, CSMs, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors to develop and manage staffing schedules and fill open shifts.
- Provide hands-on leadership, including recruiting new supervisors and promoting Special Response Officers (SROs) for career advancement.
- Tactical Engagement: Occasionally fill account posts for specific shifts and deliver patrol services to designated accounts.
- Foster a culture of servant leadership and employee engagement by modeling the company’s core values and promoting high performance standards.
- Achieve key goals, such as 100% shift coverage, regular personnel inspections and training, and recruiting to maintain full staffing levels.
- Become proficient in all company software systems related to onboarding, scheduling, and financial operations.
- Ensure 100% compliance with GardaWorld’s mandatory requirements and operational standards.
Qualifications Of Tactical Security Supervisor Officer
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Preferably located in the Los Angeles area
- Preferably 2 years Field Supervisor experience or Site Supervisor experience
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process).
- Valid Driver License
- First aid certification is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
