We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Duties, Requirements, Qualifications, Education, Additional information (benefits). We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes many details: Duties (list of duties), Requirements (conditions of employment etc.), Qualifications (specialized experience, education substitution, etc.), Education (details about transcripts), Additional information (benefits, drug testing, etc.). Also there is a "Help A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." That's benefits info. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (conditions of employment), Qualifications (specialized experience, education), Benefits (benefits package, drug testing, etc.). Pay and Schedule: there is "Tour of Duty: Set Schedule" under Requirements. That's schedule info. Also maybe "FLSA: Non-Exempt". Could include schedule. Pay: not mentioned. So we should not create Pay section. Schedule: we have "Tour of Duty: Set Schedule". That's specific enough? It says Set Schedule (maybe meaning fixed schedule). We could include Schedule section with that line. Benefits: we have benefits package description. Also drug testing policy etc. Could be under Benefits or Additional information. We'll create Benefits section with that content. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive info. Must not invent. Must not summarize away detail. So we need to include the details as given, but we can format as
  • for lists. For prose, use

. For duties, we have multiple sentences each starting with a verb. Could turn each into

  • . For requirements, many bullet-like items: Conditions of employment list: Must be a U.S. citizen, Tour of Duty: Set Schedule, Security Requirements: Non-Critical Sensitive with Secret Access, Appointment is subject to..., FLSA: Non-Exempt, Selective Service Requirement..., Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized, Bargaining Unit Status: No, Selectees are required to have a REAL ID..., Incumbent must meet all security eligibility..., Incumbent is subject to periodic reinvestigation..., This position is included in the Security Professional Education Development Program..., This position and any future selections... may be used to fill various shifts located within DLA Distribution Warner Robins. We could group some as list items. Qualifications: includes Specialized Experience description, Education Substitution, Combination, Experience refers to paid/unpaid..., Volunteer work..., etc. Also Education section about transcripts, graduate education definition, foreign education. Additional information: includes Section 508 conformant ICT, Reemployed Annuitants, Information for Veterans, Military retirees waiver, Drug-Free Workplace Policy details, etc. Also benefits paragraph earlier. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Summary? The summary just says "See below for important information regarding this job." Not substantive. Could skip About the role. But we need at least some sections. Could use Responsibilities for duties, Requirements for conditions, Qualifications for qualifications/education, Benefits for benefits and drug testing, Schedule for tour of duty. We must not create empty sections. Ensure each heading has content. Let's draft:

    Qualifications

To qualify for a Security Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

    • Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
    • Creditable specialized experience includes:
      • Coordinates, monitors, and analyzes problems and logistics for Personnel, Information, Physical, and Operations Security programs.
      • Researches, prepares, and presents security briefings to various offices and personnel.
      • Applies security concepts, principles, and practices to independently review, analyze, and resolve difficult and complex security problems.
      • Researches, analyzes, designs, and implements local policies or local regulations.
    • Education Substitution: Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Education must be from a college or university accredited by an organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education. If using education to meet basic qualifications, YOU MUST SUBMIT A TRANSCRIPT as supplemental documentation. To qualify based on education in lieu of specialized experience, you must possess:

      • LL.M., if related
    • Combination: Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for grade levels GS-11 and may be computed by first determining the applicant's total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the grade level; then determining the applicant's education as a percentage of the education required for the grade level; and then adding the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level. Only graduate education in excess of the amount required for the next lower grade level may be used to qualify applicants for positions at grade GS-11.
    • Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
    • (actually need

for prose) We need to separate. Let's restructure: After

      Qualifications

      , we can have a

      intro, then

for bullet points. But we have nested lists; we can keep. Now Education section: Actually the posting includes an "Education" subsection after Qualifications. We could incorporate that into Qualifications or make separate Education section. The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Education is not a listed heading but we could treat as part of Qualifications. However we have detailed Education info about transcripts, graduate education definition, foreign education. Could add as a subsection under Qualifications using

        or

. Probably better to keep under Qualifications. Then Benefits section: from "Help A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." plus drug testing policy etc. Also Additional information includes Section 508, Reemployed Annuitants, Veterans info, Military retirees waiver. Those are also benefits/requirements? Might be considered Additional information but we can put under Benefits or maybe a separate section "Additional Information". However allowed headings are limited to those listed; we could put under Benefits if it's about benefits, but some are not benefits (Section 508, Reemployed Annuitants). Might be better to create a section "Additional Information" but not allowed. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list. Could we add other headings? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings; but we could also use other headings if needed? The examples are just examples; but they say "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." I think we should stick to those headings; we can omit those not needed. So we can put additional info under Benefits or maybe under Qualifications? But it's not really qualifications. Could put under Benefits as "Additional information" but that's not accurate. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Additional information into Benefits section, as it's still related to employment conditions. Might be okay. Thus Benefits section will include: benefits package, drug testing policy, Section 508 conformant ICT, Reemployed Annuitants, Veterans info, Military retirees waiver. We need to preserve all substantive info. So we need to include all those details. Let's craft Benefits section:

          Benefits

          • A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package. As a federal employee, you and your family will have access to a range of benefits that are designed to make your federal career very rewarding.
          • Eligibility for benefits depends on the type of position you hold and whether your position is full-time, part-time or intermittent. Contact the hiring agency for more information on the
