Job Skills / Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No felony convictions
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter
• Present a friendly, positive, and professional image
• Willing to become CPR/1st Aide/AED certified
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
• Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Less than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No other major violations in the last 3 years
• Able to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs
• Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to respond to emergency situations independently

Primary Responsibilities

• Delivery Access Control - Check in/out semi truck deliveries at the Guard House using computer software
• Patrolling - Walk the interior and exterior of the various buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, or maintenance issues
• Mobile Patrol - Drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors
• Warehouse Access Control - Ensure the client's employees complete their COVID health screenings. Provide next step directions depending on results
• Dispatching - Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency response
• Monitoring - Accurately and quickly utilize computer-aided software and monitor CCTV system using recording devices
• Current Opening Control Center - $19.85/hour: Monday & Tuesday 12AM - 8AM
• Guard House - $18.85/hour: Saturday & Sunday 3PM - 11 PM
