Job Skills / Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- May NOT have any felony convictions and must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
- Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
- Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aide/AED Certified.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No other major violations in the last 3 years.
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Primary Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Delivery Access Control - Check in/out semi truck deliveries at the Guard House using computer software.
- Patrolling - Walk the interior and exterior of the various buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, or maintenance issues.
- Mobile Patrol - Drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors.
- Warehouse Access Control - Ensure the client's employees complete their COVID health screenings. Provide next step directions depending on results.
- Dispatching - Follow procedures in dispatching personnel for emergency and non-emergency response.
- Monitoring - Accurately and quickly utilize computer-aided software and monitor CCTV system using recording devices.
- Current Opening Control Center - $19.85/hour: Monday & Tuesday 12AM - 8AM
- Guard House - $18.85/hour: Saturday & Sunday 3PM - 11 PM
