Security Site Supervisor
About the role
Join our team at Securitas where you will have the opportunity to serve your community while receiving elite training in safety and security. We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a supervisor position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a supervisor and support a team of security officers on site.
- Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
- Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
- Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
- Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
- At least 1 year security and 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
- Strong communication, reporting and organization skills.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Able to conduct patrols and respond promptly to situations.
- Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Schedule
Able to work primarily 2nd shift and occasionally 3rd shift.
