Security Site Supervisor at Securitas.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel.
• Ensures all post orders are followed, completes established rounds, and files required reports.
• Notifies authorities and clients in emergencies.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel.
• Submits payroll and personnel information to the company.
• Affirms adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports.
• Inspects posts and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provides quality customer service.
• Performs supervisory duties including interviewing, orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring and termination recommendations.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience required.
• Certified CPR preferred.
• Available to work 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail preferred.

• Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services.
• Supervisory practices and procedures.

Pay

$21.00-23.00/hour.

Schedule

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd shifts, including weekends.
