Security Shift Supervisor - Overnight

About the role

As a Concierge Security Supervisor you will build meaningful connections with people across all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your natural ability to engage with others will reassure and inspire confidence while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining security.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies
• Assisting with training and onboarding officers on site‑specific expectations
• Providing post coverage when operationally necessary
• Supervising and providing day‑to‑day direction to Security Officers
• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call‑offs
• Conducting patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Controlling access points and verifying identities
• Ensuring officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards
• Responding quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Writing detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborating with authorities during serious situations
• Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Security supervisory/managerial experience
• Valid state driver’s license
• Clean motor vehicle report
• At least 21 years of age
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $27.00 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Schedule

Site Location: Kirkland, Washington. Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday 12am‑8am (Graveyard) – 40 hours per week, full‑time.
