Security Shift Supervisor - Overnight

About the role
The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Acting as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers, you will supervise staff on your shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security services on a designated shift
- Act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers
- Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved guidelines
- Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
- Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills with ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
- Frequent preparation of written reports and logs
- Compliance with state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment
- For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), minimum insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
- Successful completion of a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test (may also require a driver’s record check)

Pay
Starting wage: $23 per hour. DailyPay and weekly pay options available.
