Security Shift Supervisor - Overnight

About the role

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Requirements

• Current CA Guard Card with training certificates
• Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record for more than 1 year (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
• 21+ years of age
• 1 year of security experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Driving positions require a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy

Pay

$24.50 per hour
