Security Shift Supervisor

About the role

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. Act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on a designated shift.
• Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to staff within approved guidelines.
• Prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently at the client site.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements as mandated by state and/or local laws and regulations (may be required prior to employment).
• For driving positions: valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may be required to pass a Drivers Record check.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.

Schedule

Full-time position with the following shifts available:

• Shift 1: 00:00 – 06:00 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
• Shift 2: 18:00 – 00:00 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pay

$19 per hour. Weekly pay available.
