About the role

The Armed Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle crisis situations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach professional security officers
  • Provide recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
  • Communicate staffing needs to Account Manager or Operations Manager
  • Ensure officers receive appropriate training
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
  • Administer JSA’s and safety programs
  • Assist with managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
  • Assist Account or Operations Manager in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
