Security Services Operations Associate

About the role

The Securities Services Operations Associate is a part of the Trust & Custody Operations team that supports the Corporate Trust and Institutional Custody divisions. Within the Operations environment, this team interacts with various UMB clients and internal partners to evaluate and process requests that could include cash processing, trade execution, new security establishment, or applying dividend income.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and process transactions related to cash processing, trade execution, new security establishment, or applying dividend income.
• Apply income or incoming payments, or initiate outgoing cash payments as required.
• Assist clients with any questions and issues they may face while creating an unparalleled client experience.
• Use problem-solving skills to determine what action needs to be taken when processing client requests.
• Communicate effectively to make a positive client experience.
• Show strong attention to detail to ensure correct processing.

Requirements

• 2 years of financial services experience OR Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree.

Pay

• Compensation ranges from $29,530 - $43,240 for US Employees in all other states not listed above.
