Security & Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct health, safety, and security audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and vulnerabilities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead investigations, root cause analyses, and the implementation of EHSS policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee the investigation and documentation of injuries, illnesses, security incidents, and near misses, ensuring reporting accuracy and coordination with workers’ compensation or external partners as needed.
• Support site security practices, including access control, badge management, and visitor protocols.
• Develop and deliver training on hazard recognition, emergency response, workplace violence prevention, and site security protocols, while supporting emergency preparedness activities and drills.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHSS, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
• Experience leading investigations and conducting root cause analyses.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
