Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site.
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
- Manage access control and be ready to respond to any operational emergency.
- Ensure timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting.
- Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders appropriately.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
- Manage a robust safety culture and safety program.
- Ensure zero safety incidents and maintain a healthy, professional relationship with clients.
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
- Have 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Have 2 years of security industry experience (preferred).
- Have strong report writing skills.
- Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
- Have strong proficiency with technology.
- Have a current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card).
- Have completed additional 32 hr. security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding process).
