Security Response Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage employees on your shift at your assigned job site.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Manage access control and be ready to respond to any operational emergency.
• Ensure timely and efficient communications and accurate reporting.
• Maintain operational logs, records, and post orders appropriately.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
• Manage a robust safety culture and safety program.
• Ensure zero safety incidents and maintain a healthy, professional relationship with clients.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Have 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
• Have 2 years of security industry experience (preferred).
• Have strong report writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a current BSIS issued Security License (Guard Card).
• Have completed additional 32 hr. security trainings (additional trainings may be obtained during onboarding process).
