Second Shift role
Knowledge and Experience
- Implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, as well as other directives and policies.
- Articulating and presenting intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information.
- Thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.

Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance with an investigation (or CV date) within 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute contract security guidance.
- Advising program leadership on assessed security risks.
- Shaping policy and protecting critical assets.
- Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with NISPOM, DFARS, DoD 5205.07, and related directives.
- Deliver security education, briefings, and training programs for personnel and visitors.
- Investigate security incidents, draft corrective action reports, and drive preventive measures.
- Security management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, Classified Space, and Subcontractor Management.
- Maintain access control, access lists, visitor control, briefings, and other duties as assigned.

Additional Information
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
- The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to start.
