About the role
The Security Rep Senior on the MFC Archbald Security team provides multi-disciplined security support and manages internal security compliance and program activities for the Archbald facility.
Responsibilities
- Implement, and administer security policies, procedures, and collateral security controls in compliance with the NISPOM, DFARS, and other related directives.
- Deliver security education and training programs for personnel and visitors.
- Investigate security incidents, draft corrective action reports, and drive preventive measures.
- Cook up Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management.
- Serve as the alternate FSO (AFSO)
Requirements
- Must be willing to work on site approximately 100% of the work week.
- Knowledge of implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other directives and policies.
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations based on limited and/or conflicting information is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
- Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations (teaming), and analytical skills.
- Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation (or CV date) within 5 years.

- Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.

- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word.
- Experience using DISS and SIMS.
