Security Professional - Tech Building

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections and provide exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property. Your ability to engage with others and inspire confidence is key.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (training can be obtained during hiring)

Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $22.44 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
