Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and media location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, production spaces, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and security‑related systems in accordance with site policies; maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, and visitors while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a Military Police Officer, Corrections Officer, or Armed Security Officer, or be a certified law‑enforcement graduate.
• Type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 + years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
