Security Patrol Driver

We have an immediate opening for a night security patrol driver. This position will use a company vehicle (starting and ending in Oceanside, CA) to patrol numerous locations throughout North County San Diego at night.

Schedule

• 3-4 nights weekly at a minimum, including a weekend night
• Shift: 9 pm - 3 am, approximately 6 hours each night
• Current coverage needed: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights
• Options to pick up additional shifts and work overtime
• Foot patrol shifts available for additional hours if desired

Responsibilities

• Communication with security team as needed
• Write security reports using the mobile phone app GuardMetrics
• Secure company materials and share important information relating to site/routes with the team
• Must have some technical ability as all communications are handled via phone apps
• Must speak and write in English; reports are required for every site daily
• Able to communicate effectively

Requirements

• BSIS CA Guard Card
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 point
• Powers of Arrest and Weapons of Mass Destruction training certificates (required for all security officers)
• Must live within 10 miles of Oceanside, CA (North San Diego County)
• Reliable transportation to and from the site in Oceanside, CA
