As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver Customer Service in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and customers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
- Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
