Security Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for replacement access control badges.
• Handle requests for CCTV reviews for internal investigations system-wide.
• Facilitate incident report referrals through the security incident reporting system.
• Divert physical security requests for equipment and assessments to the appropriate security associate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, IT, or related field preferred.
• Prior work experience in a security, law enforcement, or facilities environment.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and documentation best practices.
• Basic technical troubleshooting experience.
