Responsibilities
- Manage requests for replacement access control badges.
- Handle requests for CCTV reviews for internal investigations system-wide.
- Facilitate incident report referrals through the security incident reporting system.
- Divert physical security requests for equipment and assessments to the appropriate security associate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Associate's degree in Criminal Justice, IT, or related field preferred.
- Prior work experience in a security, law enforcement, or facilities environment.
- Familiarity with incident reporting and documentation best practices.
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience.

- Confidentiality and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions
- May require occasional evening or weekend work.
