Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to oversee overnight security operations across multiple client locations throughout the Denver area. This leadership position is responsible for directing field operations, supporting frontline supervisors, maintaining service quality, and ensuring contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
Primary Responsibilities
- Direct overnight operations across multiple client locations within the assigned territory.
- Supervise Field Supervisors and security personnel to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled site inspections to verify officer performance and compliance.
- Evaluate staffing needs and adjust schedules to maintain operational coverage.
- Ensure post orders and client instructions are consistently followed.
- Support emergency coverage when operational needs require additional leadership.
Client Relations
- Serve as an operational resource for assigned clients during overnight hours.
- Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding service performance.
- Address operational concerns promptly while maintaining professional relationships.
- Support long-term client satisfaction through responsive service and consistent communication.
- Assist with performance reviews and operational meetings when appropriate.
Leadership & Employee Development
- Coach and mentor Field Supervisors and Security Officers.
- Reinforce company standards, operational expectations, and professional conduct.
- Aid in interviewing, onboarding, and placement of new employees.
- Coordinate field training and ongoing development initiatives.
- Address attendance, performance, and policy concerns while partnering with district leadership.
- Foster a positive and accountable work environment.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Conduct operational audits to verify contract compliance and service quality.
- Monitor incident reporting accuracy and documentation standards.
- Ensure company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations are followed.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote workplace safety and proper reporting procedures across assigned accounts.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Review payroll information, staffing reports, and operational documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor labor utilization, overtime trends, and vacant shift activity.
- Maintain uniform inventory and operational equipment assigned to field personnel.
- Utilize TrackTik and other workforce management platforms to support scheduling, reporting, and patrol management.
- Prepare operational updates and performance reports for district leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in security operations, business management, or operational leadership.
- Previous supervisory experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to successfully complete all required background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associate's degree or higher in Business, Criminal Justice, Management, or a related field.
- Experience overseeing multiple client accounts or contract-based operations.
- Working knowledge of workforce scheduling, payroll, and reporting systems.
- Experience using TrackTik or similar security management platforms.
- Professional security certifications are welcomed but not required.
- Experience improving operational performance through coaching and process improvement.
