Security Operations Center Operator (Night Shift)

The What To Expect Tesla team is seeking a dynamic and agile individual to support the global business through security operations. Reporting to the GSOC Associate Manager, this role combines elements of a security operator, business intelligence analyst, and customer service representative.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with security teams and partners during emergency and routine events, dispatching external agencies as necessary
• Conduct investigative video or other reviews and provide reports
• Maintain and monitor all systems used within the operation, triaging and escalating alarms or alerts
• Use open-source and other intelligence tools to identify potential threats to Tesla and its assets
• Author and distribute emergency or business-critical advisories/alerts, including risk assessments for travel, geographic markets, escalating events, natural disasters, threat assessments, and other events
• Support the travel team with travel safety monitoring, secured transportation arrangements, and high-risk travel coordination

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in physical security operations, risk management, loss prevention, emergency preparedness, or law enforcement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
• An independent problem-solving analytical mindset
• Able to obtain a security license, valid driver's license required, travel as needed, and have flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity as an end user with various security systems and technologies, such as video management/review systems, electronic access control, emergency notifications, alarms, and standard office software
• Ability to remain calm, multi-task, and handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
