Security Operations Center Officer

About the role

The PSOC Watch Officer supports a 24/7 security operations environment, overseeing the physical security of multiple sites. Key responsibilities include monitoring security systems, managing access control, responding to alarms, incidents, and other security concerns. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, using Microsoft Copilot for efficiency, briefing incoming shifts, and carrying out administrative or special tasks.

• Maintain detailed logs and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a Security Operations Center
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with working on a computer using Microsoft Office applications
