About the role

Our Security team helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift
• Conduct tours of the property
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above average computer/technology skills
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
• Willingness to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation

Pay

Wage range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
