Security - Open Interviews 8/26 10AM - 1PM

Open interviews for full-time security positions. Walk-ins welcome at 1450 Energy Park Drive, Suite 127, St. Paul, MN 55108 on 8/26 from 10AM - 1PM.

Pay

Wage range: $18.95 - $24.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor premises, including access control and patrolling various locations.
• Preserve order and enforce regulations for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct property tours.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Some positions require previous security experience.
• Must apply prior to being interviewed.
• Safe Driving, CPR, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
