Job Description

As a Security Officer – Weekends in Oshkosh, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as manufacturing and industrial. This part‑time, unarmed patrol position involves routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and reporting security‑related concerns while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and security‑related observations for Allied Universal and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state or local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Pay

$16.97 per hour.

Schedule

Daytime weekend shifts: Saturday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM, Sunday 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM.
