Security Officer Weekdays Evening Manufacturing Facility Patrols

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Elizabethtown, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, common areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Maintain a professional presence while reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, suspicious activity, and other security-related issues to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
