About the role

At Waukesha Memorial Hospital, we are seeking a Security Officer to join our team. This position is available as a 28 hours per week, night shift, part-time role.

Responsibilities

- Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. - Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed. - Maintain communication with hospital staff and law enforcement. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. - Perform routine inspections of facilities and grounds. - Maintain records and reports as required.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED. - Associate's Degree or higher preferred. - At least 2 years related security experience preferred. - Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. - Ability to work the required shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.

Qualifications

- Must be able to work the location and shift requirements for the position.

Skills

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Pay

Schedule

- 11 PM - 7 AM shifts. - Weekend and holiday rotation required. - Possible shifts at other OMH and MUK hospitals.
