As a Security Officer Warehouse Admission Screening in Hagerstown, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and/or deliveries entering designated areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, report security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and/or visitor authorization as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including facility entry points and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years old for armed roles.
• Licenses and certifications: Guard card or license preferred, valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
