Security Officer Walmart Retail (Driver)

About the role

As a Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in a retail location in Levittown, PA, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will serve clients in industries such as retail and malls, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you and explore additional shifts through the Claim a Shift platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, potential hazards, and policy violations to appropriate store leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and documentation of incidents and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (required for driving positions per Allied Universal driver policy).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$16.50 per hour

Schedule

• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM
