As a Security Officer Visitor Screening in Fayetteville, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain an orderly environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Screen and direct deliveries, contractor arrivals, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures, helping to support controlled access to production, warehouse, and administrative areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to policy.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, building entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions or access-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour
• Weekly Pay
• Schedule: Day Time, Monday through Friday, 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
