Schedule & Pay
- Position Type: Part Time
- Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour
- Day: Tuesday 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Friday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.
- Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries entering designated areas while following post orders and security-related policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required documentation and/or communication channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, entry points, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
- Monitor screening equipment, credential checks, and visitor processing activities to help support orderly access and compliance with location procedures.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
