Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal belongings entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document screening-related activity, unusual conditions, and/or incidents in a clear and timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and conditions that could impact daily operations.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver's license for driving positions only.
