Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor access points, verify deliveries and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry while following client policies and Allied Universal standards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and first responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Requirements

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for unarmed roles: 18 years old.
• Minimum age requirement for armed roles: 21 years old.

Skills

• Access control and badge experience.
• Computer or tablet proficiency.
