What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
  • Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and assist with sign-in procedures while helping to support building entry protocols and front lobby operations.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels when needed.
  • Answer phones, greet guests, and provide directions and/or general assistance while maintaining awareness of front desk surroundings and reporting unusual activity.
  • Document incidents, visitor information, and/or daily activity in required logs and reports while following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

  • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
