Security Officer Unarmed - Warehouse

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail distribution center in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and communicating professionally with team members and visitors. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Friday: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Saturday: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sunday: 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
