As a Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol in Westlake Village, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and tenant inquiries, and maintain a professional presence throughout the property.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and notification procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, observations, and maintenance-related concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
