About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Driver in Fredericksburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Food/Beverage. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license and supports a caring, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a food and beverage distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe inbound and outbound traffic, and verify credentials or authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$19.00 / hour
