About the role

As a Security Officer Patrol Response in Clinton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, check credentials where required, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing assigned reports and logs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 years old for armed roles.
• Licenses and certifications: Valid driver's license for driving positions only, CPR/First Aid certification, and background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Skills

• Customer service skills.
• Ability to respond calmly to emergencies.
• Knowledge of security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Computer and tablet proficiency.

DayTime: Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
