What You'll Do
Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, infrastructure areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor and report suspicious activity, property damage, hazardous conditions, and policy violations according to established protocols.
- Document patrol findings and incidents accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and designated site personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Guard card is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
