What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Maintain accurate access and incident documentation.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Observe facility operations and report potential hazards, damaged property, unauthorized activity, and other security-related concerns to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
