As a Security Officer Unarmed Rover in Prince George, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that should be reported.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information as required, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support emergency response activities, assist with traffic and/or delivery flow at the location, and communicate clearly with site personnel regarding security-related concerns and policy questions.

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
