What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post orders and Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the interior and exterior of the location, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies while maintaining a professional presence.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, communicate with site contacts and/or first responders, and document observations, incidents, and daily activity in required reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
