About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Risk Assessor in LOCUST GROVE, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to site needs while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution center, including the building interior, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, vendor, and delivery driver entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and report suspicious activity that may help to deter loss or unauthorized access.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
