  • DayTime: Mon 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM, Tue 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM, Sun 11:59 PM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
  • Monitor access points and help to verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles in accordance with location protocols.
  • Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by communicating clearly with staff, assisting with routine security-related checks, and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or procedural issues.

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
