About the role
As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document security-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, office spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting entries, incidents, and unusual conditions.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
- Complete detailed daily activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

$18.90 / Hour

- Tuesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Wednesday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
