Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Guard in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism and strong communication. In this role, you will help to deter incidents through a visible presence while delivering customer service that reflects our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking lots, gates, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, helping to support authorized access practices and established location protocols.
- Assist with traffic flow, vehicle staging, and/or dock area observation as needed, while maintaining awareness of operational activity in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
