Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Experienced

About the role

As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Patrol at Allied Universal, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directing authorized guests, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Requirements

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.
